Rice Noodle Soup

Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish, can also be considered one of the most typical dishes for Vietnamese cuisine. The main ingredients of pho are rice noodles and broth (or broth as Southern is called) with thin sliced beef or chicken. There are also spices such as: soy sauce, pepper, lemon, fish sauce, chili, … These spices are added depending on the taste of each user.

Curry Sauce

Curry is a delicious dish originating from India, taken from the word “kari” in Indian Tamil, which means “sauce”. This is a complex dish with a blend of many spices and herbs, often consisting of turmeric, cumin, cilantro, ginger and chili. Curry usually takes the form of a sauce and is popular in the southern provinces of India. This dish is not picky about food, can be eaten with traditional bread, rice or other Western cakes.

Stir-fried noodles are one of the oldest and most popular dishes in the world. There are many different ways to cook noodles from 5-minute instant noodles to Asian noodles cooked on the stove. The noodles were originally made from millet, a grain that originated in China in 2000 BC. Then it was discovered that the origin of the noodles came from the Tarim basin, Central Asia. Noodles today are very diverse, with sophisticated flavors and processing methods but still retain the traditional identity of the old noodles.
